Your mental well being when applying for anything is important! I remember my algebra professor saying these words (paraphrasing); don’t fail yourself before stepping into the examination hall because as it stands, you all have 100% attached to your name but the actions you take would either maintain or decrease those points.
He was basically ‘in a way’ teaching us the principle of seeing the glass ‘half full’ instead of ‘half empty ‘.
When applying for that Job, don’t mentally send yourself a rejection mail before the actual rejection mail comes in (assuming it eventually comes in), as you interview for that position, don’t assume the worst instead hope for the best, as you set out to do …………….. (fill in the blanks), think positive and choose to be happy.
