This month I attended two very insightful events; Zalando’s TA Lab and a multi-company HR innovators workshop organized by the BIA Team. Check out the links below to learn more.
- Zalando TA Lab: The talk was focused on how to attract young professionals and how to help them thrive in a fast-paced environment as an increasing indicator of successful companies. - The multi-company HR innovators workshop organized by https://berlin-innovation-agency.com/ was pretty insightful. I was able to participate in an innovation sprint with a group of 3 other amazing HR professionals. We built a prototype using Miro despite the limited time and we pitched our ideas in 1 minute alongside the other groups. It was a very interesting and enlightening experience.
